With an inspiring connection to his audience as a master group fitness trainer, Mark has developed a range of cutting-edge fitness programs that combine the perfect balance of workout systems with the most easy and effective techniques from across the globe. Constantly learning and up-skilling his knowledge to provide his clients with the most up-to-date information, Mark holds a Certificate IV in Personal Training and an Accredited Certificate of Nutrition and Wellness Coaching.

Mark has a particular interest in the Blood Type Diet and GenoType Diet studies, and knows that being in great shape is about more than just restricting calories and exercising. Mark teaches his clients about how your blood type can dictate what foods you should eat, what exercise style is best to eliminate excess stress, and how to live life to their healthiest, happiest and fullest. With this unique formula his clients get the best results possible finding it easy to stay fit, healthy and in great shape!
